High-intent alerts: key pages like pricing
Get a tagged alert when someone you've identified opens pricing, comparison, demo, or other key pages.
Some pages say more than others. When someone you've already identified opens one of your key pages, we send a high-intent alert.
Key pages
Set them per site on the Sites page, one path per line. A page counts if its path starts with one of them. The defaults are: /pricing, /compare, /vs, /alternatives, /demo, /contact, /security, /trust. Leave the box empty to turn alerts off for that site.
What you get
- Slack: alerts are tagged, like "Viewed pricing" or "Compared alternatives". If the first visit itself is on a key page, the identification alert carries the tag, so you don't get two messages.
- Webhooks: a separate
visitor.high_intentevent with the identity id, match level, page, and visit count. See the payload. - Digest email and Overview: high-intent visits are counted.
To route only these to a channel, turn on High-intent only for that Slack or webhook destination.
Limits
- At most one high-intent alert per visitor per site every 24 hours.
- Only for visitors we've already identified and are allowed to identify. Never for people who opted out, never on sensitive pages, and it costs no credits.
