My destination isn't receiving anything
Send a test, check filters, and check what your endpoint returns.
- Click Send test on the destination. If it fails, the error is shown on screen.
- Is it enabled? Disabled destinations receive nothing.
- Do your filters exclude everyone? Remove filters temporarily and test again.
- Is anyone being identified? Check People. If it's empty, see I don't see any visitors.
- Webhooks: your endpoint must answer with a 2xx status within 10 seconds. Redirects and self-signed certificates fail.
- Slack: incoming webhook URLs stop working if the Slack app is removed. Create a new one.
- HubSpot or Klaviyo: check the token or key still exists and has write access.
Failed deliveries are retried for up to 24 hours, so a short outage on your side won't lose data.
