How credits work
One wallet for every product; you pay only when we return something.
Every product draws from the same monthly credit balance.
What a credit buys
- Company identified on your site: free
- Person identified on your site: 1 credit, once per person per calendar month
- Shopper identified for ecommerce: 1 credit, once per shopper per calendar month
- Email found and verified: 1 credit
- Mobile number with carrier check: 5 credits
- Email verification only: 0.1 credit
- Company profile: 0.2 credit
- People search: 1 credit per 25 results
You're never charged when nothing is found, or for anyone who has opted out.
When credits arrive
Plan credits are added on the 1st of each month. On paid plans, unused credits roll over for one month. Free plan credits don't roll over.
