Running out of credits, overage, and limits
Free accounts pause; paid accounts keep working and pay overage, unless you set a limit.
Free plan
When credits run out, person-level matching pauses until the 1st of next month. Company-level matching keeps working because it's free.
Paid plans
Matching keeps working. Extra credits are billed at your plan's overage rate and added to your next invoice:
- Starter: $0.06 a credit
- Growth: $0.05 a credit
- Scale: $0.045 a credit
Set a limit
On Usage, set an overage limit. When it's reached, paid matching stops until next month, so you never pay more than you planned. For API keys you can also set a daily cap per key.
